Production built for attribution

Do more than place a logo on an asset. Build the response system into it.

The campaign objective, audience, offer, response destination, source identifier and follow-up path should be defined before the physical piece enters production.

Design the asset around the objective

Match the format, message, offer and call to action to the audience and business outcome.

Assign a measurable response path

Add the correct QR code, tracking number, URL, NFC destination or representative identifier.

Connect response to follow-up and outcomes

Move the prospect from the physical asset into capture, conversation, booking, CRM and attribution.

Build the offer, response path and follow-up before the mail enters production.

Postcards, self-mailers and EDDM campaigns can carry route-, offer- or creative-specific QR codes and tracking numbers that preserve source identity through the customer journey.

Before productionThe campaign logic is defined

Audience, offer, CTA, identifier and response experience are approved before final artwork.

At responseThe physical asset becomes digital

The prospect enters a connected voice, message, form, calendar or CRM experience.

After launchThe campaign can improve

Response and outcome data guide the next offer, format, placement, route and follow-up sequence.

Managed campaign implementation

Production is one stage. The campaign is the complete system.

CampaignAI coordinates the response architecture and follow-up. Airo Print can provide the optional physical production layer, or another qualified production vendor can be used.

Production costs remain separate.

Print, postage, shipping, installation, apparel, finishing and other physical costs are quoted according to the campaign specifications.

01Plan the campaign

Improve

A print order versus a connected campaign

Produce more than an asset. Produce a measurable customer journey.

Traditional print order

The piece is produced, but the response system may be incomplete.

  • Specifications are chosen before the business outcome
  • Generic QR code or website destination
  • No defined lead-routing or follow-up process
  • Campaign source can disappear after response
  • Reorders rely on impressions rather than outcomes

CampaignAI Connected Production

The physical asset is designed as the entry point to revenue.

  • Objective, audience and offer defined first
  • Campaign-specific QR, call or landing experience
  • Lead capture, booking and follow-up connected
  • Source identity preserved in the CRM
  • Recorded outcomes guide the next campaign
What is Campaign Production?

Campaign Production is the optional physical production layer for direct mail, signs, event graphics, QR collateral, vehicle graphics, apparel and other campaign assets connected to CampaignAI.

Must CampaignAI clients use Airo Print?

No. Another qualified production vendor can be used. Airo Print is the connected option when physical production, response tracking and campaign implementation should be coordinated together.

Can campaigns include QR codes and tracking numbers?

Yes. Campaign identifiers can be incorporated into the artwork and connected to dedicated landing pages, forms, AI agents, phone numbers and CRM source fields.

Is physical production included in the software price?

No unless a written agreement states otherwise. Production, postage, shipping, installation, apparel, specialty materials and finishing are generally quoted separately.

Can CampaignAI track work produced by another printer?

Yes. CampaignAI can provide the response, CRM, follow-up and attribution layer when another qualified vendor produces the physical assets.

What should be decided before artwork is finalized?

The audience, objective, offer, call to action, response method, campaign identifier, destination, follow-up workflow and success criteria should be defined before final production approval.
